Today was the first day of senior project. Cole and I spoke with Kelly to get started with our project. Initially we had to find more people to sign up for the 5k. After walking around campus we were able to find a plentiful amount of participants and consider ourself successful. We went to tech and asked how to use photoshop to make flyers for our street hockey tournament. In addition to helping with the 5k we will be putting together a street hockey tournament to raise money for MR8. This organization supports and raises money for the boy that was killed in the Boston Marathon bombing. I believe that this tournament will be successful if we are able to get enough participants and involvement from the Proctor community. The next three weeks I will focus on getting my word out to the community to raise as much money as possible and become an involved member of Proctor.
